Who should apply?

Any student enrolled in grades 9 - 12 or an undergraduate or graduate program at a valid school with an interest to volunteer should apply.

Big Brainers is happy to provide students with high-quality, affordable, and not-for-profit lessons but also provide interested student volunteers with a great opportunity! You could become part of an amazing group of students working towards achieving one mission: provide students with great lessons while also raising money for humanitarian causes. From a list of various highly credible, active non-profit organizations, you'll get to choose which organization the money you raise will support.

Will I get volunteer hours?

Yes, we are happy to confirm the hours that you have taken out of your precious time to volunteer at Big Brainers. However, we ask that you volunteer your time for a greater reason than just completing your hours: it can be for your satisfaction, interest, or because of the motivation you have to do your share of impacting the world in a positive way.

What if I'm not located in the United States?

You can definitely apply - just make sure to put the appropriate time zone in the "other" choice for the question regarding the time zone you'll be teaching lessons in.
